Our space becomes a cozy Italian eatery, serving hand-stretched pizzas, fresh house-made pastas, and rich, traditional sauces inspired by recipes passed down from southern Italy. Think Margherita with soul, creamy Boscaiola, and a Bolognese that’s been decades in the making — paired with a glass of wine or Italian beer, of course.

ALIMENTO Pizza Café is the result of two beloved local businesses — CHILLAX Café and ALIMENTO Pizza Pasta — coming together to create something even better. Born out of community spirit and a shared love of hospitality, our dual concept is built on decades of tradition, creative thinking, and a deep connection to the local Collaroy community.
With over 40 years of pizza-making history, and roots tracing back to Reggio Calabria, our story is full of flavour — and our food speaks for itself.

What began as a local love story between coffee and pizza is now a scalable, sustainable business model — and we’re just getting started.
